石料进入原料仓，由振动给料机均匀地送到锤式破碎机中进行破碎，破碎后的物料由1号胶带输送机送到五层振动单筛上筛分出1-3、1-2、0.5-1、0.3-0.6、石粉等不同规格的石子，达到成品粒度要求的物料分别由7号、6号、5号、4号、3号输送机送到成品仓，经振动筛过滤出来的不符合成品粒度要求的物料则由2号输送机从振动筛送返回破碎机重新加工，如此循环。
